CEO & Head Chiropractor
Dr. Andrew Winthrop
DC, CCSP, CCEP, LMP
Dr. Andrew Winthrop grew up in Manhattan Beach, CA and studied Human Physiology at San Francisco State University, before beginning the Chiropractic Graduate Program at Palmer West in San Jose.
After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2017, he completed multiple other certifications to expand his treatment knowledge, such as Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, Certified Chiropractic Extremities Practitioner, and Licensed Massage Practitioner. Numerous other small certifications like Kinesiology Taping and Functional Movement Screening and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization also factor into his broad scope of treatment options for his patients.
Chiropractic care has helped Dr. Winthrop achieve peak performance in varsity sports of water polo and swimming in high school, and recover from various injuries including whiplash from a traumatic car accident, fractured bones from snowboarding, and numerous strains and sprains from different sporting events. These experiences solidified Dr. Winthrop's calling to become a chiropractor.
Dr. Mabel De La Luz
Dr. Mabel De La Luz was born and raised in Southern California and received her Bachelors of Science in Public Health from Cal State LA.
While working out at her local CrossFit Gym she saw multiple members being injured, and this was when she decided she wanted to become a Chiropractor.
She graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2022. While enrolled she was an active member of the Rehab to Performance Club, where she learned how to bridge the gap between injury rehabilitation and performance.
She is passionate about helping individuals recover from injuries so they can participate in their favorite activities year round.

Antonio is a highly qualified professional with a strong kinesiology and exercise science background. He holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology from California State University of Long Beach and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Diego State University.
Antonio has a comprehensive skill set and experience in the field of strength and conditioning. At UCLA Recreation, he specialized in exercise science and fitness, focusing on developing rehabilitation programs, training individuals to reach fitness goals, and employing specialized techniques like myofascial and PNF stretching for injury recovery.
Additionally, he worked at Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego, conducting assessments and designing customized fitness plans to address muscle imbalances and postural issues. He also gained valuable experience as an Athletic Training Student at San Diego Mesa College, helping collegiate athletes recover from injuries.
His education, experience, and certifications make him a well-rounded and effective coach and trainer capable of helping individuals and athletes achieve their fitness and performance goals.
Dr. Amanda Leon
Dr. Amanda Leon was born and raised in Southern California and received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Studies from Cal State Fullerton. She then worked in a physical therapy setting as an exercise specialist which gave her a strong foundation in rehabilitative exercise.
In 2020, she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. Following graduate studies, she has completed additional certifications to help provide the best care for patients. Dr. Leon is certified in Active Release Technique, which is considered the gold standard for soft tissue injuries; as well as Selective Functional Movement Assessment, a diagnostic tool that leads to the cause of pain not just the source.
With her own bouts of injuries, Dr. Leon has experienced first hand the effectiveness of chiropractic care and its benefits for overall health from an early age. Dr. Amanda Leon is passionate about helping others feel their best and educate them along the way to prevent further injury.
Dean Duggan grew up in Long Beach, CA before moving to New York for his undergrad schooling. There he played D1 college football at Wagner College where he received his Bachelors of Science in Biopsychology.
After completing his undergrad in 2018, he came back to California where he spent the next 2 years working full time for a chiropractic office. There he finally realized his calling to become a Chiropractor.
Dean played every sport imaginable growing up while accruing a litany of injuries. This is where he first experienced the wonder of chiropractic care and how beneficial a hands on provider truly is. He is a major advocate for getting patients moving and feeling their best.
He is currently finishing his clinical hours at our office, before licensure, and hopes to become a treating provider here in the Inland Empire. Following graduation, he plans on gaining additional certifications to provide the most well rounded care for patients.
